HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Information you give to us through these forms is used for the purposes of answering queries about our ballet classes, arranging trial classes, publicizing the ballet school and associated events, and student care. Information is held on a closed system; we do never share data with anyone outside the teaching/admin personnel of our schools.
We do not keep a list of cold leads. If you do book a trial class and/or become a customer, we will keep your details on permanent record, unless deletion is specifically requested; this is so that we can account for who was on site on any given day, to keep consistent records where a child might leave the school and later return, provide notification of school events, terms dates, etc
We do not share data outside our organisation, and within it information is limited by role.

Paper records, including registers and site notes, are shredded upon disposal.
